3-SCRATCHES/DING ON THE TOP OF THE LEFT SIDE PANEL.
4-SMALL DING ON THE TOP OF THE RIGHT SIDE PANEL 
4-DING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE UNIT.
5-SCRATCHES ON THE COOKTOP.
